What are the Documents required for UAE Visit Visa.
- Clear color scan of the applicant's passport copy.
- Scanned colour copy of your passport size photograph with white background.
- Inviting person's UAE residence visa page for security cheque amount of AED 1500.
Criteria to Enter UAE
- You must have a genuine passport that is valid for at least six months.
- You must have an Emirati resident sponsor, then can be your immediate relative, friend, or You must not have been banned from entering the UAE, or previously deported unless you have special permission to re-enter.
- You must be medically fit.
General Guidelines
- If you have a visit visa or a tourist visa you are permitted to visit any of the 7 emirates of UAE i.e. Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
- No matter you have obtained the visa, it still needs approval from the immigration department.
- UAE visit visa processing normally takes about two to four days, but you can also apply for an urgent visa.
- Express visa posting time is between 9 AM to 7 PM from Saturday to Thursday.
- Overstaying, acting against UAE rules and regulations, begging, robbery, prostitution, working on tourist visa, drunk driving, fighting are unacceptable and prohibited by the UAE law and has its own fines by immigration.
- Overstay passengers should leave the country or change status maximum in 15 days and if not will be considered as absconded and is payable by the second party.
- Extension charges applicable for a fee of AED 900.
